The Mercury News Editorial Board recently highlighted Rep. Eshoo's efforts to bring a regional patent office to Silicon Valley. Eshoo was the lead Member on a Bay Area letter to President Obama in April 2011 (including Leader Pelosi, and Reps. Miller and Lofgren) in support of opening a Regional Patent Office in Silicon Valley.
Rep. Eshoo recently appeared on KQED's the Forum, which is hosted by Michael Krasny to discuss the President's proprosal to help underwater homeowners. Specifically, Eshoo believes that the President took a positive first step to help address the catastrophic housing situation in the country. It's not enough though.
