ESHOO STATEMENT ON ATTORNEY GENERAL BARR'S SUMMARY OF THE MUELLER REPORT

March 24, 2019
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today Congresswoman Anna G. Eshoo (D-CA) released the following statement regarding Attorney General Barr's summary of the Mueller report:

"Attorney General Barr's summary of the Special Counsel's findings, including the statement that the report does not exonerate the President from questions that he obstructed justice, is deeply troubling. The Special Counsel's full report must be made public, including all underlying documents, and the Attorney General should testify before Congress to explain his interpretation of the report.

"Full transparency will ensure the American people can make up their own minds about the President's actions."
